  • Replaced a manual, time-intensive release process with automated one-click GitOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) across 10+ microservices spanning Dev, Staging, UAT, and Production, reducing a multi-step manual release to a single pipeline trigger.
  • Migrated BetaVision's CI/CD off legacy Jenkins onto GitHub Actions to remove a slave-node bottleneck slowing releases, improving pipeline reliability and cutting maintenance overhead.
  • Built and maintained a Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki monitoring stack for a 17-node Kubernetes cluster (12 workers, 5 masters), creating org-wide and per-project dashboards that surfaced incidents through automated alerting rather than user reports.
  • Engineered a zero-data-loss PostgreSQL infrastructure on CloudNativePG with automated Barman backups to AWS S3, authoring the team's standing disaster-recovery playbook.
  • Replaced ngrok with self-hosted FRP (Fast Reverse Proxy) to remove licensing and connection-count limits on dozens of live public camera streams, hardening every tunnel with TLS encryption.
  • Root-caused a production incident where Redis was stalling BetaVision's AI detection pipeline due to slow upstream API responses, restoring stable real-time inference.
  • Deployed and operated AI platforms (BetaVision, BetaMedia) across 100+ client and government sites, owning each rollout end-to-end from machine setup to public stream exposure.
  • Provisioned MinIO S3 buckets and database infrastructure on high-capacity storage for 5+ internal AI platforms, and automated DataNext's release pipeline across both AWS EKS and on-prem Kubernetes for a single consistent deploy path.
